I purchased this to avoid the hassle of juicing cabbage as part of my programme to reduce excessive iron in my body. Taking pills or capsules is undoubtedly more convenient. I can now feel considerable improvement in my joint and shoulder pain, thanks to this IP6 supplement. I also recommend considering activated rice bran, which I herb sells as well, although it was out of stock when I ordered Jarrow's IP6. I'll definitely consider adding activated rice bran to my shopping cart next time.
